VCC B2B Ticket – exchange one paid ticket (your email confirmation is your ticket, maximum two per company) for one B2B Vendor Badge at the entrance to the B2B Session. If you register for more than one, the receipt will reflect the total number of badges you can obtain – YOU MUST BRING CONFIRMATION PAGE OR EMAIL (digital on phones, tablets, etc. is fine) WITH YOU TO EXCHANGE FOR LANYARD(S) AT B2B CHECK IN. BUSINESSES MUST REGISTER SO WE CAN VERIFY YOU ARE AN ACTUAL VAPING INDUSTRY BUSINESS.
B2B events are not open to the public, and everyone must have B2B vendor badge to enter if not exhibiting. Purchaser must be a vaping industry business owner or an employee (manager) thereof, as well as additional B2B badge holders. During the B2B session, exhibitors and those with B2B badges can enter the convention hall and network with other businesses (give samples, try products, conduct business, etc.)
AFTER REGISTRATION, YOU MUST FORWARD A PDF COPY OF YOUR FEIN (FEDERAL EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER) OR STATE ISSUED BUSINESS CERTIFICATE VIA EMAIL TO APPLICATIONS @ VAPINGCC.COM
